When Clown Camp began in 1981, it was not expected to become a yearly event. Through 28 years the program has seen some remarkable changes and a lot of historically interesting developments. Over a dozen International Clown Hall of Fame inductees have been instructors at the program. Over 200 instructors have been employed through the years. And the program has grown to include many new features and organizational structures.
