The schedule will be added to this website as it becomes available. However, at this time we can provide you with an overview of the general framework of the schedule.
The program will begin on Friday afternoon, July 9th. (On site registration will begin at 1PM, with the opening session following around 2:30PM.) For persons flying to Singapore from North America, it will be necessary for you to schedule your flight departure on Wednesday, July 7th. (The flight time is 20-23 hours in length, and you will lose time due to the time zone changes. For example an afternoon flight from Chicago would arrive in Singapore around 11:30PM on Thursday evening. Thus if you were to depart on Thursday, you would missing the Friday events. Also by arriving on Thursday evening, you will have a morning to relax and catch up on some of your lost sleep.)
An intensive classroom schedule will take place on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.
On Monday and Tuesday you will be viewing or performing at schools, hospitals and possibly churches. Both of these days will have evening classes or workshops available, as well as time for sightseeing or shopping activities.
On Wednesday a large school carnival is planned where all participants will be in costume and character for walkaround or general performances for attending children. Wednesday evening we will have a final banquet at the world famous Raffles Hotel.
